Summer Shipping Notice - Please Read

We will package your order in a manner to give it the best chance to get to your address safely. Depending on the temperature between your location and our facility this could include dry ice, frozen gel packs and or heat shields of polystyrene or metallized bubble wrap.

Shipping chocolate in the summer heat is a challenge. We do our best to protect your shipment if the temperature will be over 85F between our facility and your location. However, many scenarios can occur that will cause softening or melting of chocolate items. The items are still safe to eat but they may be disfigured.

When your order arrives, please bring it inside, unpack the box and place any chocolate items in your refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the chocolate items to firm up.

Tips for receiving chocolate shipments:

• Track your shipment and bring it inside as soon as it is delivered. You will receive tracking details the day your order ships. The tracking number will not update until the carrier scans your shipment into their location. So, it may take a few hours to see any tracking info after you receive the tracking number.
• If the weather is extremely hot, consider waiting for a break in the heat before placing your order.
• Leave a note requesting your packages be placed in an area out of direct sun if you're not able to receive them immediately.

You will always see your entire order including shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Orders placed before 11AM Central time usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after this usually ship the next business day.

Transit Times

We ship with UPS and USPS. All contiguous US states are 1-3 day shipping points. Generally, if your order is received by 11am CST, your order will ship that day. We avoid shipping orders that will include the weekend. If you are a 3 day point from Evansville, IN, your order will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday.

If your order is received after 11am then it will usually ship the next day if the projected transit time doesn't include the weekend.

Redirection

Shipments that have to be rerouted after leaving our warehouse due to incorrect addressing by customer or change of destination by customer will require a $17 change fee. This is what the shipping company charges us.

Return Policy

HealthSmart Foods is so confident you will love our delicious products we offer a no risk return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Just return it to us in new condition. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Opened items can NOT be returned.
